Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation must be submitted in writing via e-mail (office@asdp2024.org) to the ASDP 2024 Secretariat.

  • -Cancellation by 8/31, 2024 : 100% refund
  • -Cancellation by 9/1~9/20, 2024 : 50% refund
  • -Cancellation after 9/21~, 2024 : No refund

Payment Method: Credit Card Only

  • -Credit card payment is available for both online registration and on-site registration. For pre-registration, you need to pay with credit card only.
  • -VISA, MasterCard, and JCB are acceptable.
