Abstract Submission Process

After completion of your submission, an abstract reference number (ASDP-2024-000001) will be assigned within 1-2 days, and a confirmation email will be sent automatically

Notes
- Abstracts can ONLY be presented on-site, not virtually. Please ensure that you are able to travel to Seoul when presenting an abstract.
- Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official Congress abstract book.
- Before submitting the abstract, the presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of its content and agree to its submission.
- Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Abstract submitters must disclose any conflicts of interest in the submission form.
Abstract Guidelines – Before you begin, please prepare the following:
- A submitting author is considered as a presenter during the congress.
- Abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
- Abstract format should be prepared with “2024 ASDP abstract template” (Microsoft Word), using font size 10 Times New Roman font. (except for the title)
- A preferable presentation type should be indicated as an oral presentation or a poster presentation. The final decision will be made by the abstract reviewing committee.

Presenting author’s details should be included as follows:
Email address, Title of the author (Prof., Dr., Mr., Ms. M.D., Ph.D.), Full first and family name(s), affiliation details including department, institution/hospital, city, state (if relevant), country.
- Author and co-authors’ details should be included.
- Abstract title should be limited to 20 words. (font size 12 pt)
- Abstract body should be between 150 words and 300 words.
- The abstract body should clearly state four sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Keywords should be limited to 3 to 6 words.
- Use only standard abbreviations. Special or unusual abbreviations should be placed in parentheses after the full word the first time they appear.
- An optional figure may be included in your submission, provided it is in a single jpg file.
- You will receive an abstract reference number via email after you have submitted your abstract. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
Abstract Revision and Withdrawal Policy
- Abstracts may be revised or withdrawn before the abstract deadline.
- For requesting abstract revisions or withdrawals, the submitter must contact ASDP2024 office. (office@asdp2024.org)
- Abstracts cannot be revised or withdrawn after August 11, 2024.
Abstract Submitter’s Declaration
- I confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published as submitted.
- Submission of the abstract constitutes the consent of all authors publication. (e.g. Conference website, programs, other promotions, etc.)
- I hereby confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the presenting author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The presenting author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract. The submitting author may request to be copied on the abstract correspondence.
- I understand that the presenting author must be a registered participant.
- The organizers reserve the right to remove from publication and/or presentation an abstract that does not comply with the above.
